Kat's practice combines evidence-based Chinese medicine with heart-centered care to support individuals and families through a wide range of health journeys—from chronic pain, stress, and anxiety to ADHD and ASD, women’s health, and oncology support. Her clinical experience includes treating patients at RUSH MD Anderson Cancer Center and the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center, where she supported people navigating chemotherapy and radiation, chronic pain, PTSD, sleep disorders, and more. These experiences deepened her commitment to compassionate, integrative care—especially for those seeking alternatives to conventional, medication-only approaches. She is especially passionate about helping children and their families find safer, more personalized solutions for neurodivergent care. Kat believes every child and adult deserves a treatment plan that honors their uniqueness—and that healing should feel empowering, not intimidating.
