Member Agreement

Welcome to the Moon Rabbit community. By joining our membership program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are intended to support a healing environment for all members and staff, while ensuring transparency in your membership experience. Welcome to Moon Rabbit's Membership.
1. Membership Overview
Membership provides access to exclusive pricing, preferred scheduling, and curated wellness benefits at Moon Rabbit Acupuncture. Your membership activates on the purchase date and renews automatically each month unless canceled in accordance with Section 3 below.
Each billing cycle includes a defined set of services and benefits, as described at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to update these offerings, with any changes clearly communicated via our website and at point of sale.
2. Billing & Auto-Renewal
Membership dues are charged automatically on the 15th of each month to your card on file.
All payments are final. Membership charges are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If a payment fails, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you and retry the transaction. Membership benefits may be paused until payment is received.
Pricing or benefit changes may occur with 30 days' notice via email and/or website.
3. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel at any time by contacting frontdesk@moonrabbitacupuncture.com.
To avoid being billed for the next cycle, requests must be received by 11:59 PM CT on the 13th of the month.
Cancellations submitted after that time will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to terminate any membership due to policy violations, misuse, or behavior that disrupts the healing space, at our sole discretion.
4. Service Use & Expiration
Included services must be used within the billing cycle in which they are issued. They do not roll over.
Unused sessions expire at the end of each cycle and will not be refunded or credited.
Membership benefits are for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred.
5. Scheduling & Availability
Appointments are offered based on availability. We recommend scheduling early for preferred times.
Practitioner requests will be honored when possible but are not guaranteed.
Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions to respect subsequent clients.
6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments and late cancellations may lead to forfeited sessions or fees.
Repeated no-shows may result in suspension or cancellation of membership privileges.
7. Discounts & Product Purchases
Members enjoy 10% off eligible in-studio purchases and select services.
This discount excludes online purchases, gift cards, gratuities, and promotional items.
Additional sales or member-exclusive events may be offered from time to time with separate terms.
8. Conduct & Studio Expectations
To maintain a healing environment:
Treat all staff, clients, and the studio space with respect.
Disruptive behavior, harassment, or policy violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
Please silence mobile devices and limit use in treatment or relaxation areas.
Discrimination or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
9. Health & Safety
Disclose any relevant medical history prior to treatment to ensure safety and effectiveness.
If you feel unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe.
10. Privacy & Confidentiality
Your personal and health information is confidential and safeguarded. We do not share or sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11. Facility Use
Services such as infrared sauna must be booked in advance.
Please follow all posted guidelines and staff instructions.
Members are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms periodically. Any changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website with at least 30 days’ notice where required. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
13. Liability Waiver
By joining Moon Rabbit Acupuncture’s membership, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with acupuncture, massage, and related wellness services. You release Moon Rabbit Acupuncture, its employees, and affiliates from liability for any injury or loss arising from services received, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
