At Moon Rabbit Acupuncture, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
We kindly ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This both honors our practitioners' time and allows us to offer your slot to other members who may need care.
Cancellation policies are as follows:
If you cancel with 24+ hours’ notice, you won’t be charged anything.
Cancel with 12–24 hours’ notice, and you’ll be charged 50% of the missed service.
Less than 12 hours’ notice—or a no-show—means we’ll need to charge you the full amount, whether you’re using insurance or paying privately.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. Should you need to reschedule, you can easily do so through our app - or if you prefer to talk to a person, by calling either of our locations:
