I have extensive experience with massage and bodywork, both as a recipient and a provider, and truly understand how supportive and transformative this work can be. Massage, bodywork, and acupuncture have been incredibly beneficial throughout various stages of my life, including my many years as a professional dancer, during my journey to conceive, and now as a mother of two young boys. I plan to continue incorporating massage and bodywork into my life as I age to help maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle. My personal journey starting off as a professional dancer, then having fertility challenges, two pregnancies, and now balancing family life has deeply shaped my professional focus. The lymphatic system has become a new passion of mine, and it's been incredibly rewarding to share its benefits with the community.
