About

Join Moon Rabbit founder, Dr. Gudrun Wu Snyder, for an intro to qigong class. Loosely translated as ‘skill with energy,’ qigong is an energetic branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine and has profound emotional, health and spiritual benefits. Qigong involves movement, breath and intention, producing a deeply relaxing yet uplifting journey. In this class you will be guided through movement, meditation, and visualization, leaving with a renewed sense of balance as well as practices to implement at home. Beginners are encouraged and welcome.

Fee for the event will be collected 24 hours in advance. We have a 24 cancellation policy for events.
