Thank you for booking your appointment with Moon Rabbit. Your time is reserved just for you. Thus, we have the following policies in place to ensure we can provide you the best experience:

For treatments and Sauna appointments: If you need to cancel an appointment, this must be done more than 12 hours in advance. If you are within 12 hours of your appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, we will charge the full price of your appointment(s).

For classes & event bookings: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. 24 hours prior to the event, you will be charged the event fee to lock in your space. Up until 24 hours prior to the event, you will be able to cancel or reschedule with no fee.
